Karate Kids with Sensei Kelly: Trial Class

Our Martial Arts/Karate program is an effective way for our kids to build character, self discipline and mental focus. We teach young students the importance of respect for others while boosting their own self esteem in the process. Come learn kicking, boxing, blocking and self defense in this fun and engaging karate kids class as we use this tool to encourage our kids on becoming our next future leaders!

Classes are held in 8 week intervals with uniform included.

An evening of gentle movement, deep conversation, and brief meditation where we nourish our hearts and build a sisterhood of community. As we come together to share our stories across a spectrum of years, we hear echoes of our own wisdom and intuitive knowledge, and we remind each other that we are powerfully creative, we are beautiful, and we are enough. This is a monthly gathering for women of all ages and stages to empower, honor, and support one another!
