Chair Yoga

Welcome to a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It adapts traditional yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. This class also includes time for open dialogue, inviting participants to explore self expression and communication through the throat (communication) chakra in a supportive, reflective space.
