Trenelle Gabay is a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, holding a 500-hour certification with Urban Bliss. She has studied with the House of Dhamma in Thailand practicing mindfulness meditation and healing through the Buddhist lineage. She holds 75 hours through the Kripalu training of pranayama as well as training with the Lineage Project on trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. Her teaching focuses on creative sequencing of connecting postures and breathwork to deepen and balance one’s mind, body and soul. Trenelle is also the Executive Director of the Carey Gabay Foundation and through the foundation, is a tireless advocate for common sense gun laws in America. She is an avid devotee to the transformative pathways that are capable through yoga and mindfulness. She believes that yoga is firstly for individual growth, but through individual growth, society and community develop.
